How it works

Request
Fill in the form below and verify your email. Gold within the limits gets a label or pack automatically; silver and mixed items go through a quick WhatsApp chat first.

Pack
Wrap your items well. With a pack: items in the small bags, form and bags in the grey security bag, then seal it.
- 03
Post
Drop the parcel at any post office and keep your proof of postage. Once tracking shows it posted with our label, it travels at our risk up to 2,000 euro, subject to the terms.
- 04
Get paid
We test and weigh everything on arrival and send an itemised offer. Accept and you are paid by bank transfer, less the €12 postage deduction shown on the offer. Decline and everything comes back to you free.
Request a label or pack
Gold from 300 to 2,000 in value goes straight through. Silver, mixed lots, platinum and anything unusual: we chat on WhatsApp first, so the right packaging goes out. Bullion never travels by post. See what we buy by post.
The short version of the terms
- Parcels sent with our prepaid label travel at our risk from the moment carrier tracking shows them accepted, up to 2,000 euro per parcel. Keep your proof of postage.
- The label or pack is free. If you sell, €12 postage is deducted from your payment, shown as its own line on the offer. If you do not sell, you pay nothing and returns are free.
- One active request per person and per address. Labels are valid for 30 days.
- You must be 18 or over and own the items. Photo ID is required before any payment.
