How it works

  1. 01

    Request

Fill in the form below and verify your email. Gold within the limits gets a label or pack automatically; silver and mixed items go through a quick WhatsApp chat first.

  2. 02

    Pack

Wrap your items well. With a pack: items in the small bags, form and bags in the grey security bag, then seal it.

  3. 03

    Post

Drop the parcel at any post office and keep your proof of postage. Once tracking shows it posted with our label, it travels at our risk up to 2,000 euro, subject to the terms.

  4. 04

    Get paid

We test and weigh everything on arrival and send an itemised offer at our board prices. Accept and you are paid by bank transfer, less the €12 return postage at cost, waived when your items' melt value is over €500. Decline and everything comes back to you free.

Request a label or pack

Gold from 300 to 2,000 in value goes straight through. Silver, mixed lots, platinum and anything unusual: we chat on WhatsApp first, so the right packaging goes out. See what we buy by post.

Prefilled from your quote: 12 g of 9ct gold. About 410.76 euro at today's rate (34.23 euro per gram, 26 Oct, 14:51 Dublin time). Everything below is editable; the final figure follows weighing and XRF testing on camera.

What are you sending?
What exactly are you sending?

Not sure what you have? See our hallmark guide.

How should we get the label to you?

Your pack or label is free. If you sell to us, we deduct €12 postage at cost from your payment. The deduction is waived when your items' melt value is over €500. If you don't sell, you pay nothing and we return your items free.

How we handle your data: Privacy Policy

By sending this form you confirm you agree to the Seller Agreement and that the items you send are yours to sell.

Selling by post, question by question

Is it safe to send gold in the post?

Yes, with the right cover. Parcels sent with our prepaid, tracked label travel at our risk up to 2,000 euro each from the moment the carrier scans them. Keep your proof of postage. For anything worth more than that, message us first and we arrange collection or a visit.

How long does it take to get paid?

Most parcels are opened and tested the working day they arrive. Your itemised offer follows the same day and stays open for 48 hours; accept it and the bank transfer is sent the same day.

What happens if I decline the offer?

Nothing is owed. Say no within the 48 hours and everything is returned to you free by tracked post. If we hear nothing after 30 days we return the items anyway.

What does the pack cost?

Nothing to request and nothing to send. If you sell, 12 euro return postage is deducted at cost and shown as its own line on the offer, waived when the parcel's melt value is over 500 euro. If you do not sell, you pay nothing.

Do I need to send ID?

Never post your ID. One valid photo ID is checked separately before any payment, in line with anti-money-laundering practice. We do not buy from anyone under 18.

Check what your items are worth first on the prices page, or read how selling gold in Ireland works.
