I am authorised to act for the buyer named on this form (the business, or myself if I buy as an individual) and agree to the Business Client Agreement on its behalf. I understand that checking an item is real gold or silver before buying it is the buyer's responsibility, that Liffey Metals is not liable for and does not pay for any item it does not accept (including fake gold, plated silver, rolled-gold, filled or base-metal items), and that the Buyer Programme Terms must be signed by the account holder, by typing their name, before the account is on the programme rate.

The Buyer Programme Terms sit on top of the Business Client Agreement and are signed separately: once we approve the account, the person named above signs in and types their full name to accept them. Nothing on the programme is unlocked until that signature exists. You check the metal before you buy: anything that turns out not to be gold or silver is your loss, apart from one first mistake we write off up to an agreed limit. The kit
Scales, acid, pouches, record sheets and prepaid labels go in the post. Nothing is charged for.

The form ticks one box for the Business Client Agreement. Once the account is open, the person named on it signs the Buyer Programme Terms by typing their full name; the programme rate unlocks the moment that is done. Either side can end the arrangement at any time.
