What gold we buy

Rings, chains, bracelets, earrings and brooches in 9ct, 14ct, 18ct and 22ct gold. Broken, single or unfashionable pieces are worth exactly the same per gram as wearable ones.
Gold coins
Sovereigns, Krugerrands, Britannias and other bullion coins, priced against the live London market. Rare or collectable coins are flagged rather than melted.
Gold bars
Cast and minted bars of any brand and size, tested by XRF like everything else.
Scrap and unhallmarked gold
Dental gold, watch cases, odd findings and anything unmarked. The XRF result tells us what it is; a missing hallmark never blocks a deal.

How much do you pay for gold in Ireland?
We pay 85 percent of melt value for gold, calculated from the live London spot price and the fineness of your item. The exact price per gram for 9ct, 14ct, 18ct and 22ct gold is published on this page and on our prices page, updated every minute. There are no testing fees or deductions.
Can I sell gold that has no hallmark?
Yes. We test every item on an XRF analyser in front of you, so a missing hallmark does not stop a deal. Broken, foreign-marked and unhallmarked gold is all priced on its actual composition.
Do you buy gold coins and bars?
Yes. Sovereigns, Krugerrands, Britannias and other bullion coins and bars are all bought against the live London price. Collectable coins may be worth more than melt, and we will tell you when that is the case.
How and when am I paid for my gold?
By bank transfer, sent the same day you accept the offer. Your items are tested and weighed in front of you, and the price is fixed at the moment you accept.
What do I need to sell gold in Dublin?
One valid photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and the items themselves. Appointments are arranged by email or WhatsApp. We do not buy from anyone under 18.
